The location was central and convenient. It was close to all the major attractions and local transport links. the daily cleaning service helped maintain hygiene at all times.
The thin walls made it hard to sleep well, as I could hear the loud neighbors talking all night. the breakfast was barely a coffee and a croissant voucher for a local cafe, not really sufficient enough to keep me going throughout the day.

Very clean and friendly, no time restrictions, looked after our bags at no extra cost, breakfast was only 2€ extra. No frills. Close to the station and the city centre.
It did smell a bit, even though it was very clean.

The staff was incredibly friendly! I couldn't find a place and, although I don't speak Spanish, they were still incredibly helpful. Even though I insisted that he didn't need to go to the trouble, one of the gentlemen there walked across the town to find a map of both the town and Madrid for me so that I wouldn't get lost! I would definitely stay there again! :) The rooms and beds were clean, there was a tv in the room, the bathrooms were clean, the town was nice, and the desk was manned 24/7 so I never had to worry about being locked out :)
Nothing! I was skeptical at first because I read some of the other reviews and they weren't very kind but this hostel was actually really nice and a great deal for the price! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available, especially in this city. The location, close to the train station, made it easy for us to explore the area at our own leisure. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
None.

New Year's Eve was really fun at this hostel! They had a lot of activities planned, including a delicious dinner and a DJ for dancing. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and we could easily walk to all the bars and restaurants. the staff was also friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to enjoy at midnight.
The rooms were old and run-down, and we had issues with the heating. the walls were also very thin, and we could hear everything going on in the hostel.

I appreciated having 24/7 staffing, and the clean room and bathroom made my stay comfortable. the breakfast vouchers for a nearby café were a nice touch, with friendly staff and tasty croissants. the proximity to the train station was convenient for my travels.
The outside noise from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep on weekends.
